REQUEST FOR BIDS EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 25, 2016
2016 Community Events Photographer
Makkovik Inuit Community Government(MICG) is seeking to hire a photographer to take pictures during community events through the 2016 year. These events may include but are not limited to sports tournaments, Makkovik Easter Games, DHSD Jamboree, Fit week, Municipal Awareness Day, Makkovik Trout Festival, Canada Day, Christmas Parade, Tree Lighting Ceremony, Cain's Quest and Candle Light Service.
Interested applicants can forward a letter to the Makkovik Inuit Community Government listing their rate per event, previous experience, and the specification of the camera they will be using.
The photographer must provide high resolution, clear and focused pictures after each event on a cd or other media device, and grant the Makkovik Inuit Community Government the right to copy and distribution of the photos for display on www.makkovik.ca, publication, print and marketing purposes. The successful bidder will be required to sign a One year Terms and Conditions contract with MICG.
Please submit sealed bids by 4:30 p.m. on February 25, 2016. Lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted. For information call 923-2221.
