Call for bids- Moose License

REQUEST FOR BIDS
MOOSE HARVEST
Sealed bid(s) are being accepted from beneficiaries interested in harvesting one (1) moose allocated under the Nunatsiavut Government 2015-2016 moose management plan.(Noting that one moose license has been acquired by harvester on February 17, 2016, this is an extended ad for the one(1) remaining license.)
Bids must include the slaughter, butchering, distribution and disposal of the meat to the community as determined by the Makkovik Inuit Community Government. In addition, the antlers (if any) to remain with the Makkovik Inuit Community Government. All tools, fuel, ammunitions, packaging and supplies associated with the above is to be covered under the bid.
Please note: these moose license can only be held for a period of 30 days.
Please submit your bids to the Council office by February 23, 2016 @ 4:00 pm.
