REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS
COUNCIL & STAFF CHRISTMAS PARTY

Catering of finger foods for approximately 40 guests at the Community Hall on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 5 pm.

The serving of finger food may include but not limited to:

- Cheese, pepperoni, salami dish
- Cheese and crackers
- Nachos & salsa
- Sand wishes (chicken, turkey, egg, etc.)
- Veggie trays
- Fruit trays (grapes, cantelope, honeydew, pineapple, orange wedges, etc.)
Request for quotations should also include delivery, set up, and clean up.
The request for quotations does not include the serving of beverages. Beverages will be the responsibility of the Council.

Please submit your quote along with your proposed items of serving to the Council office by delivery, fax, or email before Wednesday, December 12, 2011 @ 4:30 pm.
