How to submit bid:

Please submit your bid to the Town Office in a sealed envelope. Contents of bid should include name of item, and amount bidding with outside of envelope clearly marked Bid for Snowmobiles.

Note- Please call our Office Assistant at 923-2221, ext 1 ahead of time to let staff know you will be dropping off your bid.

The Makkovik Inuit Community Government would like to inform residents that the Govt of NL is providing COVID-19 Relief in the amount of $ 250.00 for each household.

The cheques will be delivered on Friday, July 10th between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The owner of the household will be required to sign a Letter of Acceptance when the cheque is delivered.

Makkovik Inuit Community Government is open as of 29 June 2020 with COVID-19 Measures in place.

Office is open to the public by appointment only.

Social Distancing of 2 meters is still required.

Wearing of a mask is recommended when entering the MICG Office.

Any of the MICG staff that are feeling unwell will be working from home as a precaution at Level 2 of the Pandemic Emergency Plan as well.
