RE: 2019 Municipal Taxes
As outlined in the 2019 Imposition of Taxes, posted in December 2018, effective January 01, 2019 , for anyone still owing 2019 taxes after June 30th, 2019, a 5% interest will be charged on your 2019 taxes still owing. To avoid this interest, you are kindly asked to pay in full amount owing.
Because this policy was imposed for the 2019 year and forward, it does not apply to the 2018 taxes still owed. For anyone still owing, you are strongly encouraged to pay 2018 taxes to avoid disconnection of water services.
The deadline for disconnection is July 02, 2019. If 2018 taxes are not paid by this date, a work order will be issued the following day for disconnection. A re-connection fee of $ 50.00 will be charged.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Town Office.
