Some of CCG buoys will not be lifted in Newfoundland and Labrador due to fast ice. This may have an effect for those that travel over sea ice via snowmobiles or other means, as the buoys may pose a collision hazard.

The Community Employment Enhancement Program commenced today, November 25th, 2019. MICG would like to bring to public's attention, that due to Govt of NL guidelines, there will no longer be assistance with wood chores for Seniors and Physically and Mentally Challenged residents.
